To deliver the MACH system, Rory Fidler, Vice President of Cargo Technology at Menzies Aviation, and his team personally visited the Macau International Airport cargo terminal and Menzies Macau, providing on-site support during the system’s launch. Menzies Macau’s cargo department, equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, handles over 64,000 tons of cargo annually.

Menzies Macau joins the ranks of the first adopters of the MACH system. Other regions already using this system include Henri Coandă International Airport (OTP) in Bucharest, Romania, Cluj International Airport (CLJ), and Sofia International Airport (SOF) in Bulgaria.

MACH is a groundbreaking end-to-end cargo system developed through collaboration between Menzies Aviation and technology company Wipro. This system effectively accelerates cargo operations at Menzies Macau and provides 24-hour monitoring support. We look forward to enhancing cargo efficiency and accuracy in response to our customers’ needs through this new system.
